Behind the Brand:
Founder and former scientist in the pharmaceutical industry, Teja Urankar, spent her life battling eczema and searching for skincare that actually worked so she made her own. She started formulating 13 years ago, during COVID, she began hosting skincare workshops where women asked where they could buy her formulas. That moment sparked the birth of Butter Be Kind.
Combining her science background with a passion for sustainability and nature, she built the brand from scratch formulating vegan, zero waste products designed to help others, especially those with sensitive skin, feel good in their skin, without compromising on quality or values.
